Investors
We offer investors access to properties in South Yorkshire that have been sourced "off market". This means you're not going to find them on Rightmove or Zoopla. We also seek out properties that lend themselves to the BRR (Buy / Refurbish / Refinance). This strategy allows you recycle much of your cash once the refinancing is complete and can offer exceptional yields. We can do as little or as much as you'd like. In its simplest form, we advertise the deal and you make a small payment for access to the deal. We can also pair you up with our Power Team to manage the process for you.
Deal Sourcing
We charge 2% (or min £2,000) to give you access to the opportunity. 50% is payable when offer is accepted, 50% at the time of completion of conveyancing
Deal Packaging
This builds on the deal sourcing service and links you to our solicitors, brokers, build team and managing agent. We charge 4% (min £4,000) of purchase price.
Conversion to HMO
HMO's (house's of multiple occupancy) offer exceptional yields, but require experience in conversion and licensing. We provide support for 5% of gross development value.
Project Management
We are working towards providing a bespoke service for Project Management. This will open the door to joint venturing with our investors. Watch this space!
